When Tada's widget is shown to a visitor on your website is it counted as an impression. When the widget shows up on the screen but the user doesn't click on it or closes it, it is still considered an impression.
If your visitor uses your Tada widget and sees a reminder while navigating other pages, those reminders do not count as extra impressions. Only the "Welcome screen" of the widget increases the impression count.
You can set your Widgets to show only Once per visitor or Once per visitor session if you'd like to reduce the amount of impressions that you use in a month.
If you still have any questions about this, submit a ticket here and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
