Great news! This is absolutely possible. To do this, you'll need to set up a flow in your email marketing platform. We suggest using Klaviyo for this.
In order for this feature work correctly, you'll also want to use the Instant Sync option of Tada, that allows you to instantly sync your collected emails with your email marketing platform. This is important in order for your visitors to receive their discount code right away. To enable Instant Sync, head to the "Billing Details" section of your Tada app and enable it here:
Once that's done, we recommend creating a new flow in your email marketing platform (such as Klaviyo). The flow should trigger anytime a new email is added to your contact list from Tada. It should use the Discount Code (that Tada is already passing to your email marketing platform) and display it in the email template you're sending your customer. That way, your user will be receiving their discount by email as soon as they finish playing your game.
Please note that they will also see their discount code on the last step of your Widget. We've looked into the impact on conversion rates of requiring your visitors to head to their email in order to get their codes, and found out that this massively reduces sales and conversions.
Because of this, we've opted to always show the discount code of the last step of the Widget. This allows us to make sure that the discount code sent by email is only a helpful reminder for them to come back and checkout, not a hassle that'd prevent them from checking out in the first place.
