Yes, you can cancel your Tada subscription at any time.
If you cancel your subscription before your scheduled charge date, your paid subscription will end on the last day of the current cycle. However, if you don’t cancel your subscription before the last day of your billing cycle, you will be charged for the next month's subscription.
For example, If you cancel your subscription on the 10th of the month and your charge date is on the 15th, your subscription will be canceled on the 15th. But if you cancel it on the 16th of the month, your subscription will continue in the next month. In the latter case, you will have access to your paid plan until the 16th of the following month.
If you want to uninstall, it will be automatically canceled. You cannot unsubscribe if you do not have a plan selected.
If you are asking about the unsubscribe link for your customers, the link will show in the emails you send to them. This is done with Shopify email, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp. These are the apps that send the emails, we do not send any emails to your customers directly.
